Senior Management
Tullahoma Industries, LLC’s senior management team includes the following key members of the Company’s management:
Richard Davenport, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Davenport has over 30 years of senior level apparel manufacturing experience. He has worked in a series of senior level operations and engineering positions with companies such as Tennessee Apparel Corporation, TLC Sportswear, Inc., Kellwood Company, and Daun-Ray Casuals, Inc. Mr. Davenport has managed, designed, and installed Unit Production Systems, automated cutting room operations, computerized material utilization, pattern development, and quality control systems. In 1999, Mr. Davenport purchased the assets of Daun-Ray Casuals and created Tullahoma Industries, LLC. In just ten years he has grown the business from several million in revenues to $31 million in 2010. Tullahoma operates three plants in Tennessee and Alabama with close to four hundred employees. Mr. Davenport has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Apparel Engineering from Southern Technical Institute.
Dale Brewer, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Brewer has over 25 years of senior level experience in apparel operations. He has nearly 30 years of progressive responsibility with Levi Strauss & Company holding positions such as Director of Global Sourcing for the Dockers Division, Director of Offshore Sourcing for Latin America and Director of Source Relations. Mr. Brewer has worked extensively in Dominican Republic and Mexico; first as VP of Operations and Sourcing for Empire Atlantic and then as President of Tenidos San Juan Industrial Laundry, a subsidiary of Lucky Star de Mexico. Mr. Brewer has demonstrated excellence in driving organizational change, managing business relationships, and building high performing leadership teams. He has worked extensively in various start-ups, turnarounds, consolidations/closures and high growth operations. He has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and is certified in GSD.
