(no shipments go out on Saturday & Sunday or Holidays) from the time your order
is received for in-stock items.
If an
item is currently out of stock or on backorder, we will send an email (to the
email address given with the order) and provide the customer with his/her
alternatives such as partial ship, backorder, etc.
For
merchandise to be returned or exchanged, it must be in the same condition as
when it was shipped. Exchanges are charged for all subsequent shipping &
handling fees.
